My upcoming book, In the Know: Debunking 35 Myths About Human Intelligence is now available for pre-order from Cambridge University Press and Amazon.com.
The book is a tour of 35 common misconceptions that many people have about intelligence. There is also an introduction section that discusses intelligence tests, the history of the field, and important ideas that are essential to understanding the rest of the book.
I designed the book to be a discussion of intelligence research with non-experts. My intended audience consists of anyone who is interested in intelligence, including students, journalists, interested laymen, and social scientists with expertise in other areas.
This has been a fun book to research and write, and I hope that the enjoyment I had shines through in the text. I look forward to the book’s publication and to hearing how readers respond to it. If you have any questions about the book, please feel free to contact me.
